Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All of our doors and accessories are made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and processing before your order ships. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Made-to-Order Products
Because our doors are custom made to order, shipping times begin only after production is complete. Please note that large or oversized items may require freight delivery and additional coordination.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
